Strategic Development Land is a group of experienced professionals focused on creating new land development opportunities. We are actively acquiring land as well as working alongside landowners and developers to maximise the value of land utilising our design, engineering, planning and commercial expertise.

Promoting the use of land for housing is at the core of our business and our team has secured many planning permissions for residential development in our operating area. Our excellent local knowledge is second to none and we have a strong track record of working together with local authorities, communities, businesses, individual land owners and housing developers to maximise the value of development opportunities for all stakeholders. 

We are selective about the projects that we take on and the people we work with, targeting projects where we can add significant value and where we believe success for all parties is attainable.  

The majority of our team have a background in house building and we feel this gives us a key advantage over others involved in the land development sector. We have first hand understanding of the important considerations for developers when assessing the attractiveness and value of land and as such, we can ensure that the schemes we are involved with are designed with the end developer in mind.
