Our Proposals

Our proposed development will deliver much needed high quality housing including areas of open space within the site and thoughtfully designed landscaping with a focus on planting that is attractive to wildlife.

Stancliffe Homes pride themselves in delivering homes that people want to live in, including affordable homes and homes that are suitable for older people such as bungalows. 

The proposals are planning to provide the following mix of housing:

·         4 No. affordable dwellings (10.5% in line with Local Plan policy requirements)
